Graphz Waitlist

Terms and Conditions

The terms for joining the Graphz waitlist, receiving early access updates, and interacting with beta-stage product information.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit the Graphz landing page, join the waitlist, or receive early access communications from Graphz.

By submitting your email or otherwise interacting with the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist.

2. Waitlist status

Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, guarantee access to Graphz, reserve a specific launch date, or promise any particular feature, price, availability, or level of service.

We may invite waitlist members to beta access in batches, pause invitations, change eligibility, or remove entries if needed to operate the beta responsibly.

3. Beta communications

We may email you to confirm your signup, share product updates, invite you to early access, ask for feedback, or send other Graphz-related beta communications.

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or stop receiving these communications by emailing aditya@graphz.co.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide an email address you are authorized to use and not to submit false, misleading, automated, or abusive waitlist entries.

You must not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, scrape the waitlist flow, overload the service, or use the landing page in a way that harms Graphz or others.

5. Early product information

The landing page may describe planned, experimental, or beta features. Screenshots, examples, copy, and product descriptions are for preview purposes and may change before or after launch.

Graphz may modify, delay, discontinue, or rework any part of the product or beta without notice.

6. Feedback

If you share ideas, comments, requests, or feedback about Graphz, you allow us to use that feedback to improve, market, and develop Graphz without owing compensation or attribution.

Please do not send confidential information through waitlist feedback unless we have a separate written agreement with you.

7. Intellectual property

Graphz, including its name, brand, landing page, copy, visual design, software, workflows, and product concepts, is owned by Graphz or its licensors.

These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Graphz. You may view the landing page and join the waitlist for its intended business-purpose use only.

8. Third-party services

The waitlist may rely on third-party providers for hosting, form processing, database storage, email delivery, analytics, security, or other operational needs.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we use them to operate the waitlist and related communications.

9. No warranties

The landing page, waitlist, emails, and any beta access are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphz disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption related to the waitlist or beta communications.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Graphz's liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as Graphz evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may notify waitlist members when appropriate.

Continuing to use the landing page or remain on the waitlist after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to aditya@graphz.co.
