Managed Outbound

A complete outbound system, run for you.

Graphz researches your market, pinpoints high-value accounts, identifies the right decision-makers, runs targeted outreach and hands your sales team qualified conversations.

You take the sales conversation from there. Graphz handles the work that gets you there.

What Graphz does

One system, four stages, run for you.

Every engagement follows the same four stages. The first pass takes a few weeks. After that we repeat it every month, and it gets sharper each time.
  1. Understand

We study your offer, market, ICP and existing customer profile to understand where the real opportunity sits.

  2. Identify

We map the companies and people that fit that opportunity, then validate the context that makes them worth approaching.

  3. Engage

We build the messaging, launch targeted outreach and manage the early interaction with prospects.

  4. Qualify

We separate genuine buying interest from noise and hand your sales team conversations worth having.

The intelligence behind every sales conversation.

Account intelligence

Know which companies are worth pursuing.

  • ICP calibration and market mapping
  • Account research and qualification
  • Buying signals and company context

We don't treat every company that matches a database filter as a prospect. Graphz helps narrow the market down to the accounts that actually deserve attention.

Buyer intelligence

Know who actually matters inside the account.

  • Decision-maker identification
  • Contact verification and role mapping
  • Buyer context and buying signals

The goal isn't to enrich everyone in the company. It's to identify the one or two people most relevant to the conversation.

Outbound intelligence

Know what to say, where to say it, and when.

  • Campaign strategy and messaging
  • Personalised outreach
  • Follow-ups and multi-touch campaigns

Outreach is built around the account and buyer context we already know, not just a generic sequence sent to a large list.

Conversation intelligence

Know which conversations are worth your sales team's time.

  • Reply handling and qualification
  • Response and intent analysis
  • Continuous campaign optimisation

What prospects say, and don't say, helps us improve the next round of targeting and messaging.

From the right account to the right conversation.

How account evaluation works

Four questions, one decision per account.

Roughly 300 to 500 accounts are researched each month. Each one is checked against the same four questions and gets one of four answers. We write down the reason behind every important decision, so you can see why and push back.
  1. Fit

Does the company look like the customers you actually win? The right industry, size, location and roles. Companies you have told us to avoid are ruled out here first.

  2. Evidence

Is there something we can see that suggests the problem you solve is live for them right now? They are hiring, the team has changed, they have announced something, or they use or have dropped a certain tool.

  3. Buying situation

Is there a believable reason a conversation would be welcome now, and who inside the company would make that decision?

  4. Reasons not to pursue

They recently bought a competing product, they are in a market you have lost in before, or the deal would be too small to be worth it. A clear reason not to reach out is as useful as a reason to.

Every account lands in one of four states:

  • PursueStrong enough to actively target.
  • VerifyInteresting, but we need more evidence.
  • MonitorNot worth contacting today, but worth watching.
  • DisqualifyNot worth your team's time.

Outbound execution

Targeted outreach, at a volume chosen on purpose.

The goal is a relevant first message to a person who could actually want the conversation. Not the largest number of emails sent.

One message per company, written for them

Every message is written from what we found out about that company. If there is not enough reason to reach out yet, we wait rather than sending a generic template.

A small number, on purpose

Roughly 100 to 150 prospects are contacted in a typical month. Fewer, better-chosen conversations keep replies useful and keep your emails landing in inboxes.

Channels you approve

We primarily work with email and LinkedIn. If your buyers live on another channel, we work on the channel you tell us to, agreed up front for the engagement.

Replies handled, not dropped

Every reply is sorted. Objections and no-thank-yous are noted against the company they came from. Interested conversations go to your team with the background they need.

Reporting and feedback

You see which companies we researched, which we contacted, and what we learned.

Reporting is how the work gets better. Replies, objections, meetings and no-thank-yous all shape who we go after next month. We do not promise a fixed number of meetings. We show you everything, from companies researched to meetings booked.
Weekly
A short review of who replied, what objections came up, why companies said no, how meetings went and whether we picked the right companies, with the changes we are making as a result.
Monthly
A written report: companies researched, ruled out and contacted, how many messages went out, positive replies, meetings, qualified opportunities, and what we learned.

Two teams. One revenue motion.

Graphz owns the front end of the process. Your sales team owns the deal.

Graphz

We create sales-ready conversations.

  • Research the market
  • Identify target accounts
  • Find the right buyers
  • Build the outreach
  • Start the conversation
  • Qualify the response

Your sales team

You turn opportunity into revenue.

  • Discovery
  • Demo
  • Solution fit
  • Proposal
  • Negotiation
  • Close

We build the path to the buyer.

You take it from there.

Start with a focused outbound engagement.

Before launching anything, we understand:

  • what you sell
  • who already buys from you
  • who you want to reach
  • your deal economics
  • your current sales motion
  • where outbound can realistically help

From there, Graphz builds and runs a focused outbound motion around your business.
