How It Works

Understand. Identify. Engage. Qualify.

Graphz is a way of working, not a list of leads. Four stages, repeated every month, right up to the point where a real sales conversation starts.

The four stages

What happens at each stage.

A first pass through all four takes a few weeks. After that we repeat the cycle every month, and each round starts with what the last one taught us.
  1. Understand

    Before launching anything, we understand:

    • what you sell
    • who already buys from you
    • who you want to reach
    • your deal economics
    • your current sales motion
    • where outbound can realistically help
  2. Identify

We narrow the market down to the accounts that actually deserve attention, and the one or two people inside them who matter:

    • ICP calibration and market mapping
    • Account research and qualification
    • Buying signals and company context
    • Decision-maker identification
    • Contact verification and role mapping
    • PursueStrong enough to actively target.
    • VerifyInteresting, but we need more evidence.
    • MonitorNot worth contacting today, but worth watching.
    • DisqualifyNot worth your team's time.
  3. Engage

    • Campaign strategy and messaging
    • Personalised outreach
    • Follow-ups and multi-touch campaigns
    • Cold email, with LinkedIn where appropriate

Outreach is built around the account and buyer context we already know, not a generic sequence sent to a large list.

  4. Qualify

    • Reply handling and qualification
    • Response and intent analysis
    • Continuous campaign optimisation

What prospects say, and don't say, helps us improve the next round of targeting and messaging.

Why it improves

What happens this month decides who we go after next month.

Most outbound treats a reply as the end of the job. For us it is the start of the next round. That is the difference between a list that goes stale and targeting that gets sharper every month.
  1. Replies

Interested, not now, wrong person, an objection, or silence. We note each one against the company it came from.

  2. Meetings and outcomes

What your team tells us after the handoff: a good fit, not a fit, or lost, and why.

  3. Who we target next

Next month's targeting uses that feedback. If a type of company keeps giving us the wrong person, we look at it again. If a type keeps turning into meetings, it gets more attention.

  4. Messaging

Messages that get answered stay. Messages that get ignored are replaced. Over a few months the messaging becomes specific to your market instead of a template.

What you end up with

A clear view of who to pursue, who to skip, and what to do next.

The goal is simple: your team spends less time figuring out who to chase and more time talking to the right buyers.

At the end of every cycle, you know:

  • Which companies are worth pursuing
  • Who the right people are inside those companies
  • Why each account is worth reaching out to
  • What outreach was sent and how they responded
  • What we learned and what should change next

See how the process would apply to your market.

A strategy call looks at what you sell, who your best customers are and how you do outbound today, and tells you which companies we would research first.
