Graphz Waitlist
Privacy Policy
A plain-English view of what we collect from the waitlist, why we use it, and how you can ask us to update or delete it.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Graphz handles information collected from the Graphz landing page, waitlist form, and related early access communications.
Graphz is currently in a waitlist and beta-access phase. If we launch additional product features, accounts, billing, integrations, or analytics, we may update this policy to describe those changes.
2. Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the signup source, such as the landing page or campaign that sent you to Graphz.
We may also receive standard technical information from our hosting, form, email, and database providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs. This information helps us run the site, prevent abuse, and understand whether the waitlist is working.
Please do not submit confidential customer lists, passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.
3. How we use your information
We use waitlist information to confirm your signup, manage duplicate entries, send product updates, invite people into beta access, respond to requests, improve the landing page, and protect Graphz from spam or misuse.
If you receive an email from us, you can ask to be removed from future waitlist or beta communications.
4. How we share information
We do not sell waitlist email addresses. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store waitlist entries, send email, monitor reliability, or secure the service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Graphz or others, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
5. Cookies and tracking
The waitlist page is designed to be simple. At this stage, we do not intentionally use advertising cookies on the waitlist form.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may still process standard logs or essential technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to manage early access, communicate about Graphz, maintain accurate records, and protect the service.
You can request deletion of your waitlist information by emailing aditya@graphz.co. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to update, export, or delete your waitlist information. You can also opt out of waitlist communications.
To make a request, email aditya@graphz.co from the address you used to join the waitlist so we can verify the request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect waitlist information. No website, email system, or database is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We try to collect only the information needed for the waitlist and avoid asking for sensitive information at this stage.
9. International visitors
If you access Graphz from outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data protection rules.
By joining the waitlist, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed by providers used to operate Graphz.
10. Children
Graphz is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Graphz evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may notify waitlist members by email when appropriate.
12. Contact
Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be sent to aditya@graphz.co.
